“Upon arrival, the room was clean, but the King bed was broken. The King mattress had visibly deep indentations on both sides of the bed, at least 8 inches deep that went to the boxspring. When we spoke the receptionist at the desk about the matress; her response was "Sorry." Your reservation was made through Expedia, an outside party.”

“Parking was a very big issue here! We have a cargo van and it doesn't fit in the garage. Website has now been updated with this information, but it was a nightmare every night of the 4 we were here.
