“Nice house, good location, nice back yard and patio area, clean. Towel bar in bathroom fell off wall, closet organizer fell from wall in bedroom, gas grill(new) did not have gas orifice in burner control so that burner did not work. Ice machine in refrigerator did not work. With my knowledge of DIY projects these were not put together correctly causing the problems. Other than these few missteps the place is very nice, ”

“Host did not respond to two emails, never provided access information. VRBO tried to contact her twice by phone, no answer. Ended up refunding me and providing an extra credit to use for a rebook - but nothing was available for the timeframe I was down here in St Pete; fortunately I was able to stay with friends, but that should Not have happened. Poor service from the host. Great service from VRBO, but no help due to the events going on in town so no availability.”
