“Very cute boutique hotel that is close to everything in downtown St. Petersburg. We stayed 3 nights and they never freshened or cleaned our room. An offer of clean towels would have at least been appreciated. Also, no regular cream for coffee and you only get one bottle of water per stay. Seems a little cheap to me”

“The hotel was beautiful in certain aspects, but it could be maintained better. The original tile in the main area was a nice touch. The bed linens felt cheap and the AC wasn't very cold in our room. They allow pets so at times I felt like I was in a petting zoo. Overall, probably not worth the high rates they charge.”

“So, to be honest we were a little skeptical because it was an older building. I must say this property was excellent. The rooms have been redone. The staff was super helpful and amazing. The lady doing the breakfast Ms. Linda was the best breakfast attendant I’d ever had. She spoke to everyone and was very helpful to families with children. It was basically like having our own personal server. We will be back. Good bang for your buck.”

“I took my elderly mom here for her first time to the beach and we had such a lovely time. Everything was very accessible and easy to traverse for her with her limited mobility and the location was perfect - near an incredible spot on the beach and surrounded by great shops and restaurants. The staff were helpful and attentive to the property and the views from our balcony couldn’t be beat.”

“This was a last minute stay at St Pete Beach so hotel availability was limited. We arrived around 3 pm, check in is 4pm, and was told that we could check in but our room was not ready and they would text us when the room was ready. “The property is across the street from the beach and on the rooftop you can see a great sunset over the water. The hotel has 2 bars that serve food, as well as providing entertainment. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable. The only thing negative were the servers at the rooftop bar. They were slow and didn't check on us at all. The bartender was great.”

“I absolutely loved my stay here. The location is perfect, very safe, and has great amenities nearby. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. My room was exactly what I was needing for my stay. It was quiet, clean, and I did use the fitness room, which had enough for a quick workout. I did not use the pool, but I did go across the parking lot over to Bahama breeze and was very grateful for the market on the other side of that which had general store items and was just a few steps...

“This place was great!
Really enjoyed rumfish overall but definitely need to come back.
The kids night out was perfect for date night with my wife kid free
Resort pools were always clean and areas around them well maintained.
The beach area was breathtaking and included the loungers with our stay.
Lots of activities for the kids we were never bored.
There were some hidden fees we were surprised with when we checked out. But it wasn’t much so we overall enjoyed ourselves.”
