“Pros: Excellent property with amazing staff all around. Top tier breakfast. Breathtaking views of sunrise/sunset from the rooftop. Very all inclusive feel with amentities offered. VERY secure. Key card access required to even enter floors with guest rooms within elevator.
Cons: Minor agitation with housekeeping. Nothing crazy but it did feel like the 'refresh' done on our room every 2 days left something to be desired. The last refresh let me know I was right in my thinking because it was done...
“Very nice hotel right on the beach with a lovely pool and close to many restaurants. Just an FYI the photos on Hotels.com show the rooms with balconies but only a few do have that amenity and it is at a higher cost per night. If that is important contact the hotel prior to booking to confirm the balcony. Also, if you are sensitive to scented soaps and shampoos - bring your own as the one's in the hotel have a very masculine scent and although my husband loved it.... me not so much.”
“Truly had a wonderful long weekend stay. Was very clean, quiet & right on the beach with so many activities for the kids. If we needed anything Rachel was there to help us. She even showed us her cute little set up she does for beach picnics (adorable! Highly recommend)
The absolute only downfall was the very narrow ally to get to the back parking of the property but it was manageable after the first try!
We will absolutely be back soon ! ”
“Such a Beautiful Resort and the rooms are so clean and beautiful , located on the beach steps from the bluest Ocean water ,which was a dream come true.. The staff was amazing, everything you need they have for you, so helpful...we didn't want to leave..we will be back”
“Super clean, comfy beds and towels-Felt spa-like. They provide beach equipment, chairs and umbrellas, and towels, which makes life so easy. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for the beach and walking to restaurants and shopping. No kids allowed which did not impact us, but just letting folks know, as it was not in the Expedia description. Parking is limited, but they will help if you do not get a spot and have to pay on the street. ”

The staff members are incredibly welcoming and go out of their way to ensure a positive experience for all visitors. "Struttura un po’ datata ma in una posizione abbastanza tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere l’aeroporto.
La camera era molto spaziosa e pulita.
Piscina grande con Tiki bar molto carino.
Esperienza piacevole. Ci ritornerei sicuramente."
