“Prezzo eccessivo per il tipo di struttura. Unica nota positiva la posizione e il fatto che ti mettono a disposizione gratuitamente i teli mare e alcuni lettini posiziaionati sotto le palme. Ulteriori lettini e ombrelloni sono noleggiabili a 10$ l'uni per tutto il soggiorno. Zona circostante abbastanza morta.
Purtroppo il mio volo ha fatto ritardo e ho perso una notte, giustamente non mi è stata rimborsata, ma l'ultimo giorno ho chiesto il check out nel tardo pomeriggio e mi hanno addebitato 10$...

“We stayed here for 4 nights in March 2026. The location is absolutely fantastic - steps away from beautiful downtown Dunedin. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. We’ve stayed in several places around Dunedin and this was definitely my favourite thus far. Keep up the great work!”

“Had an awesome stay at this almost beachside hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax after a day in the sun. Overall, a smooth, enjoyable experience and a place I’d happily return to.”

“The rooms were nice, our room only had the 2 beds and microwave and fridge. No hairdryer so make sure to bring one. It is about a 15 minute drive to Clearwater which was nice to eat. There were not any shops in a walking distance but the beach was right on property!! ”

“A wonderful location in theory. Calling it a resort is a bit of a stretch, it is constantly overrun by locals and others who have not paid to be at the “resort” leaving little room for those who are guests to enjoy the space. No real amenities to speak of but we were there to enjoy the sand and sun which I’d give a 10/10, close to the beach, you always have your 2 chairs and umbrellas with staff more than willing to help out. AC and water pressure were amazing. Pictures are definitely...

“Older resort. It was difficult to find the office; had to stop by the Hilton to find it. Need to have a big sign that says New Hotel Harbourside Resort before you enter office parking lot. It was very cold and WINDY, so they waived the park fee. Condo was clean. Could have had hangers in the closet. Not much space for clothing. No suitcase holder in either room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will go back to Harbourside again.”

Bagno piccolo, ma funzionale, con una grande doccia.
