Hotel a Belleair Beach

“Literally right on the beach. Walked out my door and in 15 seconds was sitting in a beach chair at the edge of the sea wall with a white sand beach before me watching pelicans dive bomb into the Gulf. Room was clean but not fancy. Parking was only issue, very narrow and limited spaces. However for the price and the location (hello, the beach) you can’t beat it! I will be coming back here next time I come to the beach on the Gulf.”

“I felt very comfortable. The room was clean. The room had a mid size refrigerator, sink, microwave, and stove. I enjoyed my stay. ”

“Everything has been remodeled the rooms were great. Had a late night of volleyball too tired to go out to eat their restaurant was great choice! ”

“Prezzo eccessivo per il tipo di struttura. Unica nota positiva la posizione e il fatto che ti mettono a disposizione gratuitamente i teli mare e alcuni lettini posiziaionati sotto le palme. Ulteriori lettini e ombrelloni sono noleggiabili a 10$ l'uni per tutto il soggiorno. Zona circostante abbastanza morta. Purtroppo il mio volo ha fatto ritardo e ho perso una notte, giustamente non mi è stata rimborsata, ma l'ultimo giorno ho chiesto il check out nel tardo pomeriggio e mi hanno addebitato 10$...

“Historic hotel, renovated but air conditioning way too noisy and room (like ours) on the highway have permanent noise (windows do not have double glazing). Service is welcoming.”

“Old, needs a lot of maintenance and fixtures were rusty, chairs ripped, shower hardly working ”

“Mold in the bathroom, King mattress was so soft it sank 5-6 inches when you sat on it. Ice machine broken on our floor but no sign. When asked where amenities were staff seemed unsure. Package delivered to hotel, asked to be called when came in. Never got call. Had to stop down and check. What is funny is we had stayed 10 days earlier and it had been wonderful, great room (different floor, clean, from bed) staff knowledgeable. It is like the hotel was sold and restaffed in that short time.”

“Esperienza pessima, la camera per quanto spaziosa era sporca con il bagno tutto rotto (non hanno voluta cambiarmela perché non ce ne erano altre disponibili; in realtà ce ne saranno state almeno 50 disponibilo vista la grandezza della struttura e le pochissime persone presenti). Appena arrivato una ragazza era alla reception reclamando che un tizio l'aveva minacciata con una pistola dentro l'hotel. La notte non si dormiva per via delle urla di gente che litigava ”

“La struttura è nuova, e bella ma tenuta male, dovrebbero fare un po' più di manutenzione, la moquette è molto sporca e anche i muri avrebbero bisogno di un po' di colore .”
