“My daughter and I decided on a very last minute spring break trip to Clearwater. The accommodations were just as described. The staff was very attentive. There was an issue with the a/c. I sent a text informing management and they had someone there to fix it right way. It’s a cute place with a nice a pool area. The location is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Just what we were looking for!”

“The property itself is not in a very nice neighborhood. The police were called to the apartment/room across the parking lot for a domestic situation twice, and the second time also involved EMS and the Fire Department. The pool itself was nice, but the lounge chairs were were all sunk in, so we bought our own. The bathroom is tiny, and the shower very narrow with very little water pressure. The bedroom is large with a comfortable bed, but there was dog hair on the mattress pad.”

“It was pretty nice besides the fact that you had to wash your own towels and stuff and you could tell it used to be a hotel”

“The property was clean and well taken care of…we could have used more than two bath towels, one washcloth, and one hand towel. There were four plates, which wouldn’t have been a challenge but there were not any dish towels for wiping the plates. Also, silverware was a a premium Our host was responsive and pleasant- Im sure that he will rectify quickly. I would recommend this property to friends or stay there again myself.”
