“We came to see a concert in Tampa & tacked on a couple beach days at Clearwater Beach. This was the perfect stay for us. It has everything you need & then some. 2 bedrooms, a nice big bathroom with a large walk in shower, the living room was perfect. A couch, a loveseat & a chair. A very well equipped kitchen and conveniently located to everything. The hostess was fabulous! Easy & quick communication. We had a great stay & will both come back & would recommend to others. “While the rental was spacious and the pictures are accurate (except for odd coverings on the couch and kitchen chairs), the exterior pictures are omitted for a reason. The exterior space is a dirt yard with a broken fence, debris, littered with trash and is generally depressing and dank. We had to pick up very large dog feces daily from the neighboring renter, and after alerting the host, the feces remained stinking in the sun in front of our rental.
