Case in affitto a Keystone

“This is a must stay, if your visiting Down Town New Port Richey, Hudson and surrounding towns. Lovely host and great spots to dine and walk around. Also the house is beautiful.”

“Great stay”

“There was some type of issue where I didn’t receive my check in instructions and I had to spend an hour or so trying to find out this information. Everyone at Expedia and VRBO was helpful and once the host was involved, she was as well. I typically receive check-in instructions the day prior or morning of check in by email or text. This was not the case here and unsure why it didn’t happen. Even after I spoke to host, VRBO said the instructions were in my inbox but I could not see them, only...

“Very clean and comfortable for the two of us. It was a great location for meeting up with family in the area. I would highly recommend it for two people.”

“Nice quiet house conveniently located close enough to Tampa Airport. The bedrooms can be made plenty dark to get good rest even in the middle of a sunny day. Host was responsive and easy to get in touch with. We would stay again if visiting the area. Thank you !”

“Great location in downtown Palm Harbor. Walking distance to all the restaurants and night hotspots. Very roomy and secluded off the main drag. Parking is very convenient. Air conditioning is epic! Nice to come back to after a hot afternoon strolling the area. Unit is in a historic Florida building. You get the charm of old Florida but of course with history comes vintage condition. Floors and windows are "authentic" rather than mechanically perfect, but we thought it added to the...

“It was just my 8 year daughter and me (mom) for this trip. The pool and golf cart alone were great perks. We had a late flight so we arrived after midnight but it was no problem. It is in a great area and the house has a lot of room to spread out if needed. I had to work a few days while there and the internet connection was reliable and fast. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day with the rest of the family.”

“The home is beautiful however we were not informed that there are people living in the garage that is attached to the home. I feel that this is something I should have been informed of. I was traveling with my teenage daughters and did not feel comfortable with this situation. The listing started nothing about this. Instead it claims that there is access to the garage (not true) garage parking available (not true) whole home to ourselves (not true) I also feel like they were purposely trying to...

“Great property and close to town so we could walk”

“Clean house friendly host”

“The place is as described. The space is amazing perfect for bigger families. Location is great too, not far from downtown Tarpon Springs and from Clearwater. Michael and Fran were very helpful and they answer all my questions in a timely manner.”

“pool had a lot of sand in it on our arrival, hence the low rating.”

“Was a little smaller than expected, only real complaint is the shower head. Doesn’t really allow you to shower very effectively”

“Dirty, dirty and dirty is all I can say.”

“If you like to fish bring your poles. We hooked up twice on two fish that easily were around 40". One off a whopper plopper and one off a lead head with a gulp swimming minnow while using the canoe they have there with life jackets. To launch the canoe you will need a few folks as it's steep. Especially pulling it back out. The property itself has tons of room. Located well as we stayed here after coming from Disney (80 minutes) to hit a Rays game at the trop (40 minutes). Would be even...

“One of the beds was broken. There were a few cockroaches (though warm weather in Florida brings insects). There was a broken outlet dangling from the wall that we needed to block off from our son. One of the showers has no place to sit toiletries so we pulled a chair up beside it to set things on (shampoo, soap, etc.) Location was great for our zoo day and for going to walk on the river!”
