Arrivo spesso negli hotel in anticipo anche di 6-7 ore dall'orario del check in e, se la stanza è già pronta, me la danno senza alcun sovraprezzo!Una cortesia in più che, al momento di lasciare una recensione sulla struttura, vale di sicuro tanto...invece domandando $25 si sono dimostrati davvero scortesi. “The staff are wonderful here. The outdoor pool was closed because it was cold in March when we were there. They had an indoor pool which was nice. The beds were not comfortable at all though. It was a rough nights sleep for two nights here. We will not stay again unless they update some things and enforce the resort standards regarding what they allow their guests to do on the property. The rules are loose to say the least. I would want to stay there with my young children.”

“The ambience was great. The room we were in was on the small side. Room was very clean, Desiree did a great job. Room lacked outlets around the bed had some just not enough to accommodate chargers. Needed an additional small table under the TV to allow for personal items. Soundproofing not good between the rooms however the Hacienda is a lovely historic property. My advice would be study the size/layout of your room before you book.”
