“The hotel was very well priced. It was older but clean. The pool was very nice and clean and the staff were really friendly. I did see a cockroach our last morning which disgusted me but I was told they’re common in Florida.”

“I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. The pictures online looked good; however, it was on a major highway.I wanted something reasonably priced near Tarpon Springs. What I found was a clean, inviting space, friendly staff and convenient to the location my out of town family wanted to see. Both my family and I all enjoyed our stay. We will be back.”

“We had an amazing 3 night stay. All staff were all helpful and polite. Our room was big, clean and fully equipped. John the breakfast guy is amazing. Always checked on everyone to see if we needed anything and if the food was good. Daily, included breakfast was delicious. The only thing is the hash brown that I thought was a little plain and dry. I’d definitely stay here again when I come back to Port Richey!”

“This dog friendly hotel is perfectly located downtown Dunedin. Close to restaurants and shops. The friendly staff and clean spacious room made our stay very enjoyable. We will be staying here again ”

“It was clean. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great. The woman in charge came out and asked if everything was OK and brought out hot food and asked everyone if they wanted some. Other cheap motels I’ve had all kinds of trouble. Not this place. My stay was great. ”

“The price was good. I have sensitive skin so I was itchy when resting. The mattresses are new so I think that maybe the sheets are washed with cheap laundry detergent. Our tv was out of order in room 113, so we were moved to room 109. The manager was nice when we got to the hotel at 3 am Sat. The pool and trees, shrubs are well maintained. The housekeepers and construction crew were working very hard on the property. I wish the bathtubs were refurbished/redone bec the stains scratch marks...

“Several years ago we stayed at this property quite a bit. It was brand new at the time. It's so wonderful to see it still has the same cleanliness standards, friendly staff, added amenities and wonderful breakfast options! ”

“Loved the place, simple, older Florida, and worth every penny. Lovely breakfast, the team looking after place care and are kind. Views are spectacular. Some continued repairs from hurricane, dodnt effect stay and while poer is damaged, just walk around the marina for equally excellent views of bay. Definitely revisit if back on flirida.”
