Hotel vicino a Craig Park - St. Petersburg - Clearwater

“The room had a dead cockroach on the floor when we checked in. The air conditioning unit sounded like a jet engine when it started. Property needs to be updated. Internet was slow when we arrived and when we went to use it in the morning it wasn’t working was told it was. ”

“The night staff way nicer the the guy in the morning. Our towels had stains on them so I refused to used them and when I checked in online it said nothing bout breakfast so I went to ask and I was met with rudeness. At 7am in Monday morning. Not pleased at all. ”

“Clean and quiet hotel”

“The hotel is clean and convenient to local estsblishments. The rooms are spartan but clean. The hotel has a quaint and charming character. Have stayed there 3 times and it was fine. The AC in our room was noisy and they offered to change our room immediately. ”

“The main pool had not been cleaned at all in the 3 days that we were there. There was tons and tons of things from trees floating everywhere in the pool. It was so bad that myself and other guest asked for a net so that we could clean up. But there wa sjust so much that it awful.”

“Room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, but the facility itself on the exterior needs some work. None of the ice machines were functioning when we stayed there which required us to walk all the way around the property to go to the front lobby to get ice. It’s looking a little worn around the edges. The stairwells and the balconies need attention.”

“The young gentleman was extremely kind and helpful. Even after checking he still would smile and say hello. He went above and beyond and it was truly appreciated. I will definitely use them again. Thank you for making just 1 night feel like a VIP experience. 👍👍”

“This is the worst motel I've ever stayed in. We rented 3 rooms in total for one night because we wanted to enjoy Clearwaterbeach, BIG MISTAKE! The rooms smelled horrible! There were holes in the walls, mold in the bathrooms with visible water damage. The floors were dirty, the linens were filthy, towels dingy and stained. THERE WERE LIVE ROACHES running around and my son had 2 (what we think were)fleas on him. We spent WAY too much money to sleep in a place worse than a dumpster. ”

“Great property with beautiful, well-maintained swimming pool. Great staff was super-helpful. Brendan bent over backward to assist us with our inadvertent double booking. Nice room with super view of the water and nearby islands. Heartily recommended! So nice we came back for an additional four nights. Will definitely come back.”
