“Dont be FOOLED hot tub doesn't work, It looks like a motel 6 on last legs outside thats it. Rooms were clean though. Pull out is not a pull out its a futon. ”

“The main pool had not been cleaned at all in the 3 days that we were there. There was tons and tons of things from trees floating everywhere in the pool. It was so bad that myself and other guest asked for a net so that we could clean up. But there wa sjust so much that it awful.”

“The hotel is clean and convenient to local estsblishments. The rooms are spartan but clean. The hotel has a quaint and charming character. Have stayed there 3 times and it was fine. The AC in our room was noisy and they offered to change our room immediately. ”

“Overall great time staying except for the last day when the front desk was SUPER rude to us over the phone over a booking mistakw . We were going to book another night , but after her rudeness we decided to leave after all. Very disappointed…. A hotel is all about hospitality but she made us feel unwanted. ”

“Great property with beautiful, well-maintained swimming pool. Great staff was super-helpful. Brendan bent over backward to assist us with our inadvertent double booking. Nice room with super view of the water and nearby islands. Heartily recommended! So nice we came back for an additional four nights. Will definitely come back.”

“This place was dirty and very old and dated! The pull out sofa mattress was full of stains, we asked for another room. They accommodated that, but in the second room the sheets were stained and the bathroom was filthy (with the exception of the toilet- it was the ONLY clean thing in the entire room!) We could not leave this place fast enough- we didn't even bring anything in before we left!!! I do not recommend for the cleanliness. - the 2 ladies at the desk that I spoke with were very nice,...

“The staff was amazing and so was the location. Everyone went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible and was a great stay. Will definitely be going back.”

“Perfect location if you want to just play around and quaint downtown Dunedin. Properties very clean and the rooms are spacious. This is our second day at the grant Inn and I’m sure we’ll be back.”

“Per il check in anticipato mi hanno chiesto $25! Scandaloso!! Arrivo spesso negli hotel in anticipo anche di 6-7 ore dall'orario del check in e, se la stanza è già pronta, me la danno senza alcun sovraprezzo!Una cortesia in più che, al momento di lasciare una recensione sulla struttura, vale di sicuro tanto...invece domandando $25 si sono dimostrati davvero scortesi. Negativo. Peccato perché la struttura è accogliente e pulita. ”
