“This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Hacienda and we loved it. We felt welcomed from the moment we walked through the doors. Our room was clean and the views overlooking the park were amazing, yet quiet. We enjoyed sitting out on the veranda in the morning with our coffee and having breakfast overlooking the river. Then, going for strolls around the pond/park and relaxing with a nice dinner as we listened to a local artist play piano in Sasha's. Our stay is always memorable.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful even when there were many things I kept calling a out to address. Overall the room was good and a great price for the one night stay. It wasn't great because of the cleanliness of the stay. I don't exaggerate when I say there were stains on everything. They were washed and cleaned but the sheets had stains and the towels had stains and there were even weird stains on the carpet in the room. It doesn't make things feel clean and it's harder to rest. “I have no complaints! We arrived kind of late and the man at the desk was very welcoming and helpful even late at night. Gave me a full run down of everything I could use & made sure I knew how to get to my room. Even gave me a map and drew on it for me! It’s the little things that matter most.. he was super kind I wish I had gotten his name! We were going in a cruise and this was just a one night stay. They do offer cruise transfer for $10 per person. This is useful for A large group. I...

“Parking is tricky. Front in staff was great! Room service could be better. Definitely make sure your floors a/c filters showers and bedspread have been cleaned and changed out though. They could do with a Pool cleaning.”

“What I like was that it’s right across the street of Busch gardens, so if you plan to go there the hotel is a great choice for short distance, the thing I didn’t like was the foul smell when going up the stairs, it smelled like urine.”
