Appartamenti a Northwest Tampa

“It was exactly what I needed. Had more than enough space and more. ”

“Such a cool place and very well done for the area. We went for 2 nights for a Bucs game. When you pull up you might not think it’s not much but once you get in, it’s like your own private little well decorated space. Done very modern in red and black with a lot of cool touches. We didnt see or hear another person aside from a couple neighbors working in their yards. The host provided everything we needed. It smelled and looked very clean. Only small suggestion would be that the bed slides...

“The stay itself was great, and the property was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the communication leading up to check-in was very disappointing. On the morning of my arrival, I sent a message asking for check-in instructions but never received a response. When it was time to check in, I still hadn’t heard from the host. I called the provided phone number, but the voicemail was in Spanish. It wasn’t until after 4:00 p.m. that I finally received a phone call and the check-in...

“Great location to go any different ways depending on what you want to do in Tampa. We had 2 nights here and they worked for our group. Couple of some our inconveniences, one of the beds has a massive slant into the middle which made sleeping very uncomfortable, no shower mat for the bathroom floor, AC couldn’t put down to a colder temperature which caused us sleeping hot.”

“Quiet and clean with a beautiful view of the river and downtown Tampa. The host made check in/out seamless. Would definitely recommend!”

“Smell of rental was horrible. We noticed a musty smell when we entered that just got worse through the nite. There is a leak with the toilet which is probably causing it. We tried closing the bathroom door but entire unit had the odor ”

“A clean and convenient place to stay, especially if you are traveling for a concert at the Raymond James Stadium. We had a really nice stay! Everything was very clean, and you could tell the host prepared everything (towels neatly rolled on the bed, fresh paper towel and toilet paper rolls) prior to our stay. Would definitely stay again!”

“its perfect for a nice night out wit the lady and some nice quality time together..”

“Nice and private. It has all your basic needs. Neighborhood is quiet. The owner is awesome and very helpful, she'll answer all your questions in a timely manner. For those staying a little while, it doesn't have washer/dryer but there is a coin laundromat 2 minutes away. Great location, highly recommend it.”

“Room was clean and welcoming. Christine was very responsive as we needed her. The pool was enjoyable in between the rain showers. Was the perfect get away while we attended a concert at Raymond James. Made such a difference being in such a serene spot.”
