“Clean, full kitchen and easy check in”

“The staff was great and kind. It was a quick check in as well. However… I’m not one to complain… and I’m not. However the breakfast location was more of a nook… it was so small for how many rooms there are. They allow people to keep their cars there for cruises so the parking is crazy full with very small slots. Finally the water temp in shower was terrible. I still felt like I had soap and shampoo on me even after showering. Otherwise the bed was comfy. ”

“The bathroom mirror had someone else’s toothpaste splattering all over it and the bathroom floor was very dirty. Rooms were extremely stark. Shower had spots all over faucet. ”

“I was very excited to stay at the Hacienda I waited 2 years due to health issues to finally get to go. We only stayed 2 nights i was happy with everything, we were able to stay on main street did not need our car that was a big plus. We did have to deal with their yearly Chasco fiesta which takes over the whole area for a week, but that is not their fault. the staff was awesome Danny at the front desk was great.. “One of the reasons I chose this hotel was the complementary breakfast and there was just a little grab and go option. I know it wasn’t the staff’s fault, they were waiting on an inspection to reopen the breakfast area. But it was disappointing. ”
