“La camera era abbastanza piccola rispetto alle foto. La colazione nella media. Il parcheggio un furto autorizzato (14 sterline) per una notte. Ingannevole la dicitura parcheggio del service al momento della prenotazione . Caro come hotel per essere così vicino all aeroporto. ..comunque pulito. ”

“Arrived late at night and had trouble finding a car park space. Access around the building is one way but to exit you have to go through a locked gate and you need a code - as a guest who has just arrived you don't have this info. I called the hotel 3 times whilst stuck at the gate and no one answered. Luckily a guest walked past and gave me the code. Went around again but this time went in the multistorey up a level. Be warned this car park is VERY TIGHT and not all cars are parked well. When...

“This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. “The staff were attentive and helpful. The restaurant manager was particularly engaging and was largely on her own on Sunday night but managed the restaurant with aplomb. The housekeeping staff were careful to report back quickly that I hadn’t left rings in the bedroom as suspected. I have since found them in the glove compartment of the car.”

“The room we stayed in needed some Tlc The carpet was dirty and the ceiling was a real mess. It had cracked plaster on it and looked very unsightly. The room its self looked worn. ”
