“Clean room; pleasant, helpful staff;”

“The staff was very nice. Our bathroom needed a deep cleaning! Mold was in the shower. Very loud rattling air conditioner unit. Breakfast was average, toaster was broken.”

“Loved the location and lounge. Vending and common areas smelled nice but hallway to our room smelled like weed. Breakfast was grab and go and ok.”

“Kristi checked us in and was so pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and spacious.”

“The property was okay for our stay with our dog. There were a few things that were not great like hair in the bathroom on the floor, the sofa needed cleaning (spots and dirt on cushions) and unfortunately our TV didn’t get a signal. The breakfast was very limited and no amenities such as pool or gym. But it served our needs traveling with our pup.”

“We had to clean the bathroom before using. The toilet seat was loose and we tighten the bolts. There was rust around the tub faucet and drain. We had to replace the shower curtain due to mold. The staff was responsive to providing us a new shower curtain but we hung it up. The facility were very clean. the staff did an excellent job keeping the lobby and pool clean especially with several youth baseball teams using the facilities.”

“Location was good, quiet and near highway and amenities. Hotel was clean but needs a refresh. Furniture was worn and paint needed to be redone. Bed was good. Overall acceptable as an overnight stay and breakfast was good.”

“The hotel is located within a very busy shopping district. Lots of stuff to do around. Don’t need a car. Can walk to most places to buy food, grocery, clothing, etc.”

“The room was very nice and very clean however we wasn’t supposed to check out until 12 but room service was knocking on the door a lot earlier however the stay was really nice”

“Initial check-in was okay with the exception that we had a non-smoking room booked. Once we got to our room there was an awful smell. The house cleaner was in the hall and overheard one of the boys say how awful our room smelt. Here is when we were told that a prior guest smoked in the room 3 days ago and the had a smoke eliminator machine in there trying to get the smell out. We then went to front desk; the new concierge was able to get us the last room directly across the hall. This room was...

“Breakfast was more extensive than expected.”

“Hotel is clean, but dated. We had a security issue. Two hours before check out someone used a key to unlock our hotel room door. Luckily we had top lock on. The person did not identify his or her self as an employee of the hotel.”

“The entry door was warped and could not lock. We crammed a door up against it before we went to bed. The toilet leaked. The phone did not work. There was almost no toilet paper. We had to hunt some down because the front desk phone must not ring. The television was not plugged in when we got there, but even after plugging it in, we only had four channels. The Wi-Fi password did not work. Thank heavens we were only there overnight.”
