“Stayed on the 3rd floor, had something hitting the outside wall all night & pool was closed with nothing saying that besides a note in person.”

“Everything was just fine. I did the online check in but still had to sign the same form, show my Id etc. so that was kind of pointless to do both. But overall friendly staff and clean comfy room. Very safe feeling. ”

“Excellent service. Wonderful meals served at the restaurant. Were able to accommodate allergies for both dinner and breakfast. Clean, comfortable room provided. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Appreciated the evening hours for just adults.”

“They were very shortstaffed. The breakfast was not refilled properly. Many times the front desk was not attended and you’d ring the Bell and no one would show up.”

“Booked the room for after a concert. Availability was very limited in town. This is a basic hotel but very clean & staff is awesome. ”

“Mold in the bathroom, shower was not cleaned prior to when we got to the hotel. There is mold on the ceiling near the head of the bed. The carpet is rolled up and separating from the floor and wall the left side night stand is holing it down. Lack of plug in for chargers as well, one roll of toilet paper was available and there were no tissues in the room. ”

“It was ok but it's extremely remote and I had trouble getting rides to the city when I needed it. They were good to me. English was a little limited, but we managed. Townspeople aren't supportive or nice. The room was fine, but the only way I could get meals was to order from Walmart/spark in another city, which was pricey. It cost me $115 to get a ride service when I left due to the remoteness of the location. Not only that, but I did not have help with my bags and strained my back, which...
