“We booked here because it was well rated. Sadly our experience was not. When we arrived, the door to the lobby was locked even though it was within the hours they stated they would be open. We called the number posted on the door and got a generic voicemail that never stated the name of the hotel or anything. We left a message and sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes. Eventually, someone did appear, stating they weren’t aware the door was locked and didn’t know what was going on with the phones...

“Great for what it is. It's not the Marriott, but if you just want a comfortable bed and shower, it satisfies. AC blew fine and kept me comfortable all night. Breakfast options consisted of fresh-made waffle maker, small yogurts, juices, cereal, shrink-wrapped bagels and pastries, and apples. Perhaps a couple of other items I missed. Elevator worked great. However, the property is tucked in behind a Quality Inn and is cumbersome to access, with views of the Quality Inn just a few feet away. Okay. There is no elevator, and therefore, no luggage carts.
