“Room was nice, but the items in the room were very worn down, no hot tub, and the pool was very worn down. ”

“Staff friendly. We paid for a suite but didn't have a couch as previously when we stayed and paid for a suite. We have sleep issues so get a suite to help with that. Plus my husband wanted to watch NCAA basketball on a couch not the bed!!!! We stayed in February and the swimming pool was closed. It still was closed. Grandkids were looking forward to swim!!!!”

“As soon as you enter the building, there is an overwhelming sewer smell. The man at the desk was not at all friendly. I am used to staying at the cheapest motels I can find and don't expect much, but the smell was hard to endure.”

“I would like to rate the staff higher however this is the second year I have had an issue with the housekeeping staff. My husband and I attend an event not far from this hotel around the same time every year. Because the event doesn’t start until later in the day, I asked for a late checkout. For $15 I was given until 1 pm. But even though I had a late checkout, the housekeeping staff began knocking on my door at 9 AM.
