“Checked in, went to my room to find someone in the bed, tiptoed out went to front desk to let them know, they apologized several times and gave me another room. Key card didn't work 2nd night and had to go get it reactivated. Room was very clean, well stocked!! Couldn't get the bathtub to drain. Slept great!!!!”

The elevator reeked of animal urine, microwave didnt work and although we got a smoke free room it still reeked of cigarettes. The tub didnt plug properly for kids to bathe. “The mattresses need to be replaced! They were not comfortable at all. The staff was nice. I ask for my bathroom to be cleaned. That never happened. No breakfast meat. Over all they were very clean. And that I appreciated.”

“The room was very clean. I was surprised and disappointed. I hadn’t brought my slippers because I did not know it was a non-carpeted surface, which made it cooler to the person walking barefooted. The staff that I met was superb! Even the housekeeper made an effort to understand what I wanted and very kind about it. I received two tasks to make sure I knew to contact them if needed.
