“The staff was the ONLY good thing about my stay. It’s not their fault the room was poor quality cause the owner leaves the hotel in shambles. I got bit up by some type of bug in my room. My keys to room always stopped working & I was on the second floor and just had a total knee replacement 7 weeks ago so going up and down those stairs was awful. “Not impressed with this property. Carpet was wet under the thermostat (carpet was soaked). The mattress and sheets in the bed were also soaked. Called down to the front desk- let it ring, no answer. Went down to desk and the girl had attitude when I told her about the issues with my room. She snapped back and said she was cooking food for a guest- apparently she was the only person working. Moved to a new room, smelled like sewer gas. Will never stay here again.”

“The good: pool, hot tub, breakfast and comfy bed. The bad: The room itself wasn't super clean with a couple of pieces of trash on the floor. The shower had hair from previous stay on the walls. The bottle for conditioner was empty and smashed and the one for shampoo was completely missing. (Attatched pics) I told the front desk and they gave me 3 tint bottles of shampoo/conditioner mixed. “Hotel was clean. Well maintain and will definitely be staying there again.”

“Nothing when we booked about being under renovations. I had to skim the inside pool everytime we swam. The last day we were able to swim due to our schedule, they had to unlock it for us, and garbage from the night before was all over the pool area. They didn’t vacuum the carpet and hallways for 3 days. The rooms lighting was horrible.”

“Checked in, went to my room to find someone in the bed, tiptoed out went to front desk to let them know, they apologized several times and gave me another room. Key card didn't work 2nd night and had to go get it reactivated. Room was very clean, well stocked!! Couldn't get the bathtub to drain. Slept great!!!!”

“I really enjoyed everything about my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom, tub and shower were all clean and included a fresh smelling body wash. The pool area was huge and clean with plenty of towels and seating. I appreciated that it stayed open until midnight daily, with the last hour being 'adults only' which allowed me to thoroughly enjoy the large working hot tub in peace every night of my stay.
