“Upon entering the hotel the lobby smelled clean as did the elevators. I like how there were drinks both nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverage available for purchase what could make it better? Pool and hot tub! ”

“NO airport shuttle. They called an Uber for us. They failed to give us our breakfast vouchers for prepaid breakfast. After paying $12 for 2 crappy cups of Starbucks coffee, we went up to front desk and had them double-check. Oh yeah, you did prepay for breakfast-here’s your vouchers. But, we were told we would not be reimbursed for the coffee. We had prepaid for the room. But, GEE surprise, surprise they billed us twice. We have had to dispute the charge and it’s currently being investigated by...

“The hotel was like a big maze, we liked it, the front desk staff was friendly and very helpful with everything. the room was nice and clean, the pool area was clean, is very well set up, no hut tub but the pool was very warm and big enough to swim laps. The gentleman at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. They had a big menu and big portions. The Shuttle was quick and on time.
