“Room made up only every other day so never made up during our 2 night stay. Tissue box in bathroom was empty; only 1 small piece of soap in bathroom; no q-tips or cotton; no shower cap, no cup; no coffee maker in the room. Pretty bare bones. Breakfast offerings were minimal but okay. Staff was nice though we had to search for tissues and other items ourselves. Not recommended.”

“They are currently doing helpful improvements - updated air conditioners, improved water lines and the place is clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast foods are basic, but adequate, which is appropriate with a lower cost than many motels in the area.”

“Clean, decent hotel. Wanted to charge us for an early check-in, which seemed excessive considering that they weren’t full, but in the end we got in an hour early and it was a good stay. Pool area needs improvement, my son’s feet got caught on exposed metal bolts and cut up his feet. Clean rooms.”

“Room and bathroom were dirty. Cobwebs and diet everywhere in the room. Toilet seat was broken and the toilet needed cleaning. Repairs made to the room were very badly done. Dog constantly barked. Room doors do not shut properly so they have to be slammed. Slamming was heard during the whole stay. Staff are friendly and Continental breakfast was appreciated.”

“The hotel needs a lot of maintenance, from the seemingly janky entryway to partial repairs all over. The rust stains and mildew in my shower, particularly around the old fixtures, did not make me feel like I would get clean in the shower. Thankfully, I was there for less than 10 hours. I know you get what you pay for, and around DC is appallingly expensive for some things, but this hotel seemed exceedingly rough.”

“Avoid this hotel. The staff is petty, rude, and unhelpful. I am glad my stay was short.”

“The shuttle was not available, waited an hour, called the hotel several times, but no one answered. The only solution was to take a taxi. Upon arrival they had confirmed the possibility of the room until 6pm, with a supplement, but today they told that it was no longer possible.”
