“The rooms were comfortable, more so the room with the balcony (we changed rooms mid-stay) and housekeeping was very good but sometimes was done late in the day. Not a problem for us. Jacqueline was very responsive. Not her doing but the windows in the second room were not cleaned on the outside and made our view subpar. Also note that this is a HARBOUR hotel, i.e. no beach. “Dall'aeroporto Hewenorra al Resort ci vuole circa un'ora e mezza: unico elemento che non ci è piaciuto considerato che la strada è tortuosa e la zona è collinare e con la bambina di 16 mesi non è stato piacevole. Giunti a destinazione però abbiamo dimenticato questo piccolo inconveniente e abbiamo trascorso 8 giorni da favola. Resort eccezionale, accesso diretto al mare con spiaggia bianca e mare cristallino. “I don’t think I have ever had a more beautiful view from my room in my life. It was like waking up to a painting every day. The service was amazing. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The Anse Chansanet Beach was great and only topped by the short walk to the private Anse Mamin beach. Not the easiest place to get around if you have trouble walking, but everyone is very accommodating if you do need help getting around. If you have trouble walking hills, it will be harder to fully enjoy this...

“We stayed at the hideaway which is adults only. The room was amazing the ground was amazing and the food was amazing. The only problem I have is the checkout when trying to depart and get our wristbands cut the line was so long and not enough staff which almost mad us late to the airport I was told we had to wait or they will charge us extra I was confused because everything was already paid for however it end up working out and we left but that was my only issue everything else 10/10”
