“Overall our stay was ok, the outdoor area of the property was nice but the house itself needed help. No hot water at all in the kitchen and hardly any hot water for showers. No ac in the kitchen and living area. The stove was very poor condition and the oven went out during a meal we were preparing! Overall it seemed that the electric system needed help, don’t know if it’s just old or improper design. The host Mervin did try to resolve most issues but some were beyond his control. “The spice bay restaurant had very tasty options from you to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful. Cooper helped us out a lot with our bags and making sure we were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when I return to St Lucia! ”

“Everything was nice and clean and pretty new looking. That being said, I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 just because of some small things that seem unfinished around the room we had. Like they were very new and didn't have enough silverware or plates, cups and glasses. We had enough as it was only 2 of us, but if you had more, you would have been short. And things like the light switches need to be finished in. The tap water was safe to drink but often got cloudy so you would have to wait for...
