“Katy the owner was so friendly as well her dog Butler. Beautiful river which is easy access from the cabins. Our stay was short due to other committments during the day but by night it was so peaceful. We bonded because of no wi-fi which was great not having kids or us on technology. Different experience for us from our normal hotel/motel stay but we loved it. ”

“This is a beautiful lodge in the rainforest. Just a gorgeous setting with vivid bird life. We kind of bumped into this property by accident and regret that we couldn’t stay longer. There is so much to do that we didn’t have time for. Highly recommended as a destination and we would certainly recommend staying for several days if you can. ”

“Our stay at Village b & b was just right for us. Close to village shops and eateries, and historical places. Liz and Rich are excellent hosts and we enjoyed our chats with them. Liz has a good selection of speciality teas served in elegant high class teapots and cups and saucers. Unfortunately we were too busy exploring to partake in their high tea on offer, but we believe its a great event. This is a charming olde worlde English style b & b. “The waterfall was beautiful and only a short walk away. The cabin we stayed in was stunning and well used during the rain with its huge verandah. We would have stayed forever but unfortunately we ran out of money! Teressa was wonderful and we hope to chat again over a cuppa tea next time when she is not rushed. ”
