“The room was not properly cleaned and, in all likelihood, had not been for some time. Shards of broken glass were scattered around on the floor, shower cubicle was very slippery as had not been properly cleaned beyond a cursory wipe-over. Somehow the front desk staff were critical of US for not notifying them earlier - not a very friendly or empathetic response.”

“Susie was very welcoming and helpful when I arrived. I was comfortable and well looked after. I had plenty of room and appreciated the breakfast and tea & coffee available. Clean and tidy Hotel. Thank you!”

“There is no staff on location, so if anything goes wrong, you get a sorry via text. The main phone number is disconnected. You can't actually reply to the text that they send you the information from. Personally I'd give it a wide birth.”
