“The room was not properly cleaned and, in all likelihood, had not been for some time. Shards of broken glass were scattered around on the floor, shower cubicle was very slippery as had not been properly cleaned beyond a cursory wipe-over. Somehow the front desk staff were critical of US for not notifying them earlier - not a very friendly or empathetic response.”

“What a find. Quiet secluded luxury property comprising originally two houses, now a high end function venue. Beautifully kept grounds and interiors. Great amenities and nice pool area. 12 mins drive from B Bay. Top marks.”

“We had the pleasure of staying in villa #1. The space was perfect for our needs and the outlook was peaceful and relaxing. Bangalow township is less than a 5 minute drive or a leisurely walk of 20 minutes.”

“Good wee spot, can't complain whatsoever. 10/10. Fun fact, it's the Inbetweeners hostel. Legit only realised this when I rocked up. One thing I would recommend is some recycling bins.”

“There are no staff. This is a self-serve property. It works quite well. But the walls are incredibly thin. A person talked - not shouting or fighting, just talking - for 3 hours non-stop in the room next to us (finally stopping at 2am) and I could hear every word. The person in the room on our other side thought it was us (so could hear it 2 rooms away!) and was kicking the walls until I shouted that it was another room. Onsite staff would be useful in a case like that.”
