The reservation staff in my checking did not have my Accor membership details and even when provided did not acknowledge or even cared to decor returning guest. One male in particular was rude and showed arrogance in trying to educate me on my membership status with Accor. ( short brown hair with an unshaven face) had showed the worst attitude towards me when I asked about a complimentary drinks voucher which was promised to me upon my check in. I felt unvalued as a guest and his arrogant attitude towards me was unacceptable as far I was concern. I’m a gold Accor member who booked a room in a separate platform to Accor but this arrogant male tried to devalue my experience by giving me a lecture. I told him I was not impressed with his attitude. I also experience different levels of knowledge from the reservation staff which also adds to the overall poor experience ..
