Pensioni a Varenna

“The property itself was lovely and well appointed. Especially loved having a laundry after a week of travel without access to a laundry. The patio was also fabulous as we were able to eat breakfast and dinner out there each day. Communication with the property managers was good. They were fast and responsive to our questions and needs. The location was about a 25 minute walk to the town centre of Veranna and this was a big inconvenience without a car. There are no grocery stores available and...

“My initial lower review was based on initial impression of the room and room only. The staff could not have been any better or more attentive. Some of the absolute best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Especially from Alice, Isabella, and Leonardo. I responded to email from Expedia about first impressions. The management staff at Casa du Lac reached out to me for feedback. I met with Guest Experience Manager Alice to explain. She was extremely receptive to my issues with the room and...

“Palazzo Genazzini was the perfect hotel.”

“Soggiorno stupendo. ”

“Ottima posizione, personale gentile.”

“Amazing classic Boutique Hotel experience. Great location. Near train station. Amazing staff. Rooms with the balcony lake views are breathtaking. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.”

“The employees are very helpful and nice. The place where the hotel is very good but very noisy part of the night . The breakfast is copious, and with huge variety but the espresso and capuchino are not so good.”
