“The property was clean and as pictured. The hosts were lovely and even left us fruit, snacks, and fresh eggs from their hens in the fridge. The view was beautiful. The bed could be more comfortable. The location is not in walking distance to town, so you will need a taxi often if you plan to get out. The taxis are not easy to get. Have the property managers book your first one from the train. Then, use WhatsApp to call the taxi each time. Luckily, there is one restaurant in walking distance...

“Property is beautiful, and felt like home. Owner was very responsive to last minute issues. Very close to the bus stop. Once you are in the COMO area, be ready to walk. The UBER, Taxi are not reliable at all and the bus service is very poor during the day, but runs free service at night after 7/730 pm, which is pretty regular and nice. Will stay here again on my next visit as well, may be will bring less luggage... lol.”

“La maison est très propre, au calme avec une vue magnifique sur le lac de Côme. Nous avons pu faire de belles randonnées depuis la maison sans utiliser la voiture du séjour. Varenna est aussi accessible à pied et permet de prendre le bateau vers d’autres villages. Il y a un grand jardin très bien entretenu. ”

“Wij ouders, kinderen en kleindochter en 2 honden hebben een top week gehad in dit vakantiehuis. Natuurlijk speelde het mooie weer ook een rol, maar het huis was top. Ruime kamers ieder had zijn verdieping. Het zag er schoon uit en we werden goed ontvangen door degene in Italië die voor het huis zorgde. Enige puntje was dat het water in zwembad ijskoud was. En WiFi was niet erg goed, maar was niet erg. Maar verder top. We komen zeker terug. M.vr.gr”
