Appartamenti a Stazione di Fiumelatte

“The view from this apartment is incredible and we would stay again for that. However, a couple of issues were the general cleanliness and communication. The place was in need of a vacuum and many of the plates and glasses had collected dust and required us to rinse them before using. We were also unable to wash the dishes because the dishwasher wasn’t working (probably user-error) but when we messaged the host for instructions, they did not reply. There was also no dishwashing liquid provided to...

“Property was clean and nice with the nice view”

“Be aware that you don’t get any in person contact through out the whole stay. You either message via Expedia or call the corporate office or through WhatsApp. If the initial supply of the toilet paper runs out, you will have to buy the toilet paper yourself. No washer for the room I stayed, although Expedia listed it as one of the amenities. Room is extremely basic, you can sleep and take shower. Only folding chairs are available. If you want sitting comfortably, you’ll have to use your bed. The...

“Pros: La casa si trova davanti al lago, ideale per chi volesse andare in spiaggia senza l’utilizzo dell’auto. La proprietaria è stata carinissima: ci ha accolto con una bottiglia di spumante e ottimi biscotti. L’appartamento è arredato nei minimi dettagli e non manca di nulla. Grazie!”

“This was the cleanest apartment I have ever stayed in. Absolutely wonderful. The management team even helped me with information on how to track down a lost bag. The view is even better than the photos. I will definitely stay here again.”

“There was zero communication; we kept calling and no one received call. So, when we reached the property, we could not even open the lock box to get the key. So, we were literally on the street at late night. We were forced to get another hotel on emergency basis and forced to pay highest price ever for two nights. We demand that Fontal Del Lago should pay these damages to us.”

“The place was lovely. We had stunning view of the lake. Claudia was very helpful and gave us incredible recommendations”

“Alberto was great. Met us in the central square and walked us to our place. Pointed out a number of cool things along the way especially restaurants. His place is in a perfect location.”
