“The manager was very helpful at check-in and made it smooth and inviting most likely to cover up the fact that the bed pillows were washed in the washer and dryer and lumpy like rocks, and when we took the pillowcases off to look at them, they were ripped open on the ends. There was no shampoo or conditioner or lotion in the bathroom bathrooms. They were cigarette butts all over the ground outside, but check-in was good yes”

“Bit of a mixed experience here. The staff were pretty friendly and helpful. The room however was a bit less clean than expected and desired. From the photos online i was a bit disappointed. The carpet was pretty dirty and full of cigarette holes even in a nonsmoking room, the bathtub was scratched up and there was an old shampoo cap or something left in there, also soap dispensers full of ancient dried up soap that do not work. “EXPEDIA SHOULD NOT RECOMMEND A HOTEL WHILE THERE IS RENOVATION GOING ON. Terrible property to spend a night. Small room, very inadequate bathroom and shower. It’s next to the highway, more like a truck stop so many 18 wheelers, construction material visible, dumpster and pallets, not a safe location. If you need a clean, safe and comfortable check it out before booking. Doesn’t deserve more than 1 star.”
