Initially, when we first came to the property, we had trouble checking in because the loaners card was declining for some reason and I had to call two numbers to get it straightened. I almost cancelled my stay but it got resolved. I almost got charged the money right then and there even though I already paid the first month of the loan. It was hard to understand the issue because the worker was hard to understand and he was the least compliant.
And then, we got screwed out of one of the services I thought we’d get which was “free breakfast.” They only had coffee and apple juice. They never updated or informed anybody they didn’t have breakfast.
And then, when we finally got our room I realized it wasn’t even the room we paid for. We paid for a King bedroom. Instead we got two beds which were 2 fulls and by that same worker he said that all the king bedrooms were “taken up” by other people. And to try again in the morning. So we did, and this nice lady immediately gave us the room cards to the king bed literally right across from us. Which means it wasn’t booked, it was open the entire time, the dude just didn’t want to do his job and check if the room we paid for was the room we were getting.
Despite all of that, even with having a disgusting pool that was filled with random gross liquid and trash, being screwed out of breakfast and the terrible worker, the rooms were clean. At least mine was. Glad there was air conditioning it was boiling hot outside and nice inside.
