“The reservation was made though Utopia/ Expedia and the Ivy hotel could not get verification of the reservation to make a change in the party’s name so the reservation had to be done again directly through the hotel and it was more expensive. Two days later the reservation was also processed by Expedia, doubling the cost. That transaction is being disputed.”

“This is one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had and I travel quite a bit. We choose this motel because of the excellent reviews which I just can’t comprehend the high rating. The television was small with two remotes, one was missing the batteries and I could not get a signal to connect the cable box even with swapping batteries between the two remotes.
