I like that it still has the old Tahoe vibe and is always clean. I stay here frequently and it's always a clean bed to sleep in, and easy walk to the beach, easy parking and my Granddaughter loves Char Pit is next door, great burgers. Our routine is long beach day, burgers at Char Pit and then off to bed. Love it!”

“I’m hiking Tahoe Rim Trail and use this as a resupply stop. It’s well positioned for either Blockaway Summit or Mount Rose. The people are very friendly and kind storing my material for my pick up. Room is large. Nice bathroom has a pool and chairs.”

“The evening front office staff (Al) was extremely helpful in getting us settled in our room even though we had a very late check in (around 12:30 AM). He waited for us even though the front desk officially closes at midnight.
The room was well lit and very clean. The amenities provided were more like a higher star rated hotel.

“This is a very cute, small hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and very nice, comfortable bed, nice microwave, fridge, TV and coffee setup. There's an elevator to reach upper floors. We would definitely stay here again.”

We were most impressed with the detailed instructions for everything including parking, shower use, check in and checkout. We enjoyed the balcony as well. The location was great for us as we came to ride bikes and enjoy Truckee Thursday. ”
