“Well-kept hotel and nice staff keep me coming back. ”

“Staff was extremely helpful and nice but pool wasn’t warm as it says and hot tub out of commission due to earthquake that happened earlier in the week. Internet sucked in the second building they had to keep resetting the routers on. They just had new TVs and new Internet and TV put in, but it was constantly going out Wi-Fi going in and out the breakfast they serve was an all right could have better choices.”

“Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice, with the standard hotel fair always hot and available. The room was smaller but comfortable and could use updating in the bathroom. ”

“La habitación que recibí fue grande, limpia y funcional. Me encantó la pequeña máquina que preparaba café. El personal fue amable y servicial en todo momento. El desayuno fue justo y apropiado para comenzar el día. Lo único que no me gustó fue la ubicación del hotel (demasiado lejos de Reno). Pero, elegí el hotel consciente de su ubicación. Muchas gracias por lo recibido en mi estadía. 👍👍”

“I was first put in a room behind a noisy elevator an d then when I asked for another, I was placed in an adjoining room with children and awakened at 4 AM with loud talking and laughing all night. I was told this is a “family” resort and I am part of a family and i found the “resort” so much less than a resort and more of a family managerie. I was treated like a second class citizen. I will never stay there again!!!”

“I was there 2 weeks and they cleaned my room once. I had to ask them to clean it. I needed towels and trash emptied. Didn't think I needed to ask. I never had the do not disturb sign on the door hoping they would come clean but never did.”

“Hotel was new and quite clean. Easy access to parking. Breakfast looked good, but we had other plans and couldn't enjoy it. Our king suite was very large and quite comfortable. Although we didn't stay for breakfast, it would be nice if it were available until 10:30 instead of 9:30, because we do plan on coming back.”
