“Everything was great”

“It was all very good. Breakfast options were nice and since it’s cooked to order it’s HOT! Better than most continental breakfasts. ”

“Hotel was new and quite clean. Easy access to parking. Breakfast looked good, but we had other plans and couldn't enjoy it. Our king suite was very large and quite comfortable. Although we didn't stay for breakfast, it would be nice if it were available until 10:30 instead of 9:30, because we do plan on coming back.”

“Staff was hardly around I stood in front of the desk for more then 5 min and no one showed up ”

“Stayed two nights, great location, clean, well maintained property. Used guest laundry room, clean and nice. Be aware you need quarters and hotel does not provide them, or have coin machines.”

“They go above and beyond for pet owners, pet beds and treats in the room, grass area for potty. Staff was exceptional, friendly, and very helpful. Rooms where comfortable and spacious. Will stay again if we come through Reno.”

“An old property undergoing renovations in their main building.i hope they continue and renovate all rooms. We had a nice sized suite with bedroom, bath and living area. There was also a kitchenette but nothing there was working. The bed had obviously been well used and sagged quite a bit.”

“The staff was very helpful, room is very clean and spacious. Enjoyed my stay Although I didn’t get a chance to try the small cafe downstairs due to the fact they close at 10am.”

“Took a long time to make ice. Bed was a little squeaky, mattress in need of replacement. Otherwise, no complaints. Staff friendly and helpful, everything clean and well maintained. Plenty of convenient parking. Great location.”

“it was good. I could stay with my dog and they gave a room in the first floor, so it was easy for me to take my dog outside. The only issue the room was very noise.”
