“Husband and I spent three nights in the two room suite. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our generous free breakfast. We plan to return later this year and recommend staying here.”

“Decently clean room. For a simple business stay for two nights, i was satisfied with my stay. Staff were courteous and were ready to accommodate whenever i should have needed it. Air conditioning works (used the heater most of the time), towels were replaced before the next night i came back in, and i was able to properly rest. One thing i noticed though was some stains on the towels. If this was cleaned and bleached a little bit better and with care, it would have been a 5 star rating for me...

“This place is overpriced, dirty feeling, dark, and staff assistance non existent. No wifi except piggy backing off the casino. The casino is a small and dingy as well. I do not recommend. 40 min from Reno with the fastest way driving back to 80 in Cali - Truckee.”

“Upon checking in the first staff that assisted us was not pleasant, with attitude insisting that i booked rooms according to their vacancy i wasnt aware that I booked the king beds and smoking room thats why she gave me 2 rooms king beds smoking but I beg her to change it because We are coughing already and smoking rooms were unappropriate but shes not very accommodating. “Room was okay. Basic. In-the-wall AC/heater unit. Housekeeping skipped stopping by and restocking coffee and trash once. One coffee pod given per night for 4-cup machine. Most annoying part was us getting there and our room being ready, yet being charged a $25 fee to check in “early” after a long travel day. We paid because we were tired, but most places will let you check in as a courtesy if the room is available. Other than that, it was okay. I won’t be back as I saw there are many other...
