Hotel a Crystal Bay

“This place is overpriced, dirty feeling, dark, and staff assistance non existent. No wifi except piggy backing off the casino. The casino is a small and dingy as well. I do not recommend. 40 min from Reno with the fastest way driving back to 80 in Cali - Truckee.”

“Very courteous staff, simple but clean and easy to get around… fantastic little base for Tahoe and Truckee excursions!”

“The room was not made up and we had to go back to the desk to be assigned a different room. The toilet didn’t flush and the shower head did not work well. ”

“It’s a disappointment because I thought I booked a hotel but we end up in a motel room by the time we check in.we had no choice but to take it..we don’t use an airconditioner because it smells like cigarettes if you turn it on..they don’t let people know that the hotel itself are running on renovation.. We are not going back there again! ”

“An extraordinarily helpful and engaging staff — coupled with a great location and practical upgrades (such as walk-in showers, tech outlets and plentiful storage) — made the Incline Lodge a great choice for our stay. Our one aside is that additional sound insulation would be helpful. ”
