“I had good communication with the owner. I also appreciated the obvious efforts in the upgrades of the space - nice, innovative ideas. I do think the stained furniture could be replaced. The neighborhood made me a little nervous and I did not realize it was right on a busy street. The parking was also difficult - our 2 cars barely fit in the garage and because of that it was difficult to get in and out. I'm not sure there is anything you could do about that.
