Hotel a Mystic

“This hotel was excellent as the room was very nice and clean. Customer service is superb and I highly recommend staying at Atlantis when coming to Reno. No complaints on my end!”

“The place was very nice ! The Italian restaurant was fabulous so delicious . Every thing was good with exception of a few guess unfortunately in my he north wing you could hear guess from one room to another so sadly a couple of nights where interrupted with load neighbors! And then some courteous enough to bring a dog that was barking non stop from 1:30 - 2:30 in the morning ! But it's would definitely stay again in the main part of the hotel”

“Our King Deluxe room was large and clean. Though I could hear noise in the hallway, the room was mostly quit at night. the maid service was very good. The Air conditioner was quitter then most.”

“Check in desk was friendly and helpful. I was initially checked in by Maayra and she made it easy to get settled in. Rooms were clean and had a nice layout. Loved the breakfast each day. Plenty of space in common areas if you're staying with a large group. Location is convienent with Walmart, restaurants and a casino close by. ”

“Room was old and in poor condition. Broken furniture, tub/shower had patched hole that was coming apart, felt like another hole in bottom of tub. Disappointing.”

“My room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast that they served was OK for me. Pool was closed because of the season that I came over. Was there in April?”

“For the price, it wasn't bad. Noise from planes flying over was loud, but I slept through it. The room was comfortable and clean. Budget friendly.”

“The restaurants are not that great. Most don’t do breakfast. I wouldn’t mind paying a high price but it needs to be good. The resorts are geared towards young people & that’s great. However, as a senior citizen resorts don’t offer much. I would like clear walking trails with no rocks as seniors have difficulty maneuvering rough terrain. We’re not dead yet & want to experience our beautiful country.”

“These rooms were very small. We were traveling for sports and had 2 adults and 2 children. Super tight squeeze. I did not notice when booking they were not queen beds they were double beds which did not accomodate us well. We survived but wish i would have noticed because 3 nights was rough with 4 in a room. ”
