“The room next door had a bath tub spa which was up against my rooms bed headboard When the spa tub was turned the noise and vibration was like a jet liner sitting on top of my room. This crazy load noise and vibration went on for and hour, before the folks next door turned it off. Then I was able to get to sleep. Terrible noise problem with spa tub.”

“Nice property, but the self-check in process is odd and impersonal. I was reluctant to check in and have my ID and card scanned by a machine. We needed to get into our room by 3 pm to dress for an event that began at 4 pm. I called the property mgmnt co a few days in advance to ask about an earlier check in. I was told there was a possibility, told to call back that afternoon if our check in. I called at 2:30 pm that day and told no early check in. Rooms weren’t ready?? Thought they might be...
