“Staff was not welcoming at check in. Room was just ok. Bathroom had broken tiles on the floor. Didn’t seem very clean. The free breakfast was a mad house. Not easy to get into the area. We choose to eat else where. We will not be coming back”

“I would stay here again. On site sauna and gym open til 10pm, gym is small but clean. They also have an on-site restaurant thats extra but breakfast was fresh and quality was excellent. One mile walk into downtown Truckee and 0.5 mile walk to nearest plaza that has a decent Thai and wine restaurant. Short 20 mins drive from Palisades if there's no traffic.”

“This was a nice place to spend the night. Very nice breakfast, better than most. Comfy beds and everything worked as expected. Staff was very helpful checking in and for breakfast”

“Loved our stay here. It was very peaceful and the reception staff were very friendly. They were great with communication and instructions. We got to our cottage after hours and it was a smooth check-in with the instructions emailed to us. The cottage is very comfy and spacious.It was about a 10 min drive to everything like downtown Truckee and it said 15/20 min to Palisades Tahoe but felt like less. ”

“Parking is kind of far but ok. Staff was very friendly too bad due to new management they’re kind of forced to leave but anyways it is what it is.”
