“This is our 3rd Visit to Lake Tahoe with our Family of 4 from New Orleans. The Hyatt 2 bedroom condo was spacious, clean, well maintained, with great customer service. The Hyatt Sierra Lodge was a perfect location with great activities for everyone - walking trails, the Beach, hiking, biking, snow capped mountain views, cool dry air, perfect sunny skies, visiting all over Lake Tahoe including Incline Village, Heavenly, Emerald Bay, Tahoe City, Squaw Valley, and King's Beach. “The property is wonderful, great location with lots of dining and activity options. The only knock on it is it is false to say it has “full resort access” when you have to pay 15 extra per person to go to the pool and the beach was only accessible on certain limited days and times and it had construction going on so it wasn’t really “resort-like”.”

“They don’t tell you about the parking being mandatory - it’s not optional, you must go vallet. The rooms AC was LOUD the entire time. The food quality was not the best, the amenities were not fantastic for the mo eh you spend - and yes that includes the sauna, gym, and hot tub. The staff was very rude when I started asking about what the 30 parking and amenity fees cost and why I am required to pay for these bare necessities. I’ve never been to any other resort or hotel where this was required....

“Beautiful and clean resort, with fantastic amenities. The room was a suite, very clean with modern decor. I might take a few ideas for my own home. The breakfast buffet (paid) was remarkably good with freshly cooked things. The swimming pool and hot tub was loved by kids, they even showed a movie while the kids were in pool. The outdoor deck with fire pits was awesome for cool nights to have a drink and chill. The staff was super nice and courteous. Valet was real good about loading and u load...
