“Management was intrusive and knocked on our door loudly asking to come in and look for a lost key from the previous tenant. That should have been handled before we were given the room. After a long drive, this was the last thing we wanted to deal with. I let it slide because I was exhausted, but the experience was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend staying here — look elsewhere”

“Beautiful place. Simple breakfast, easy checking in, a super close walk into town although nothing opens until 11am. I stayed in the Yurt which was nice, love the hot tub. Watch out for the spider webs. The one thing that was a bother was the highway just right behind the property which can be noisy. Ear plugs are provided tho.”

“Parking was in the street or behind the building- you can only park for 3 hours at a time. On our last day of our stay we had to have our car removed at 0830 because Nevada City was having an event- which meant we had to leave early. There was no communication from staff about this. The room was very expensive for no ice or coffee for the room and no parking convenience. ”

“Well run, very helpful, and a lovely place. Would gladly go there again. Only problem was figuring out how to find it. The street splits JUST before where the house is (either E/W, or N/S - I can't remember) - so my GPS kept telling me I had arrived but I was on the wrong side - and each side was a 1-way - it took a while to figure out how to circle around so I could park in front.”

“I ordered a non smoking room. What I was given was a room that smelled like it was heavily smoked in for years! With no other rooms available we had to stay. I will not book this property ever again!”

“Had to have a microwave delivered the bathtub look like the maids emptied their mop bucket in it, and just left it behind construction happening all day long with loud music. The only nice thing was the pool which I couldn’t use cause I just had surgery.”
