“Simple cabin that was in a great location for exploring the area. The cabin was clean and comfortable but came only with the basics (kitchen was bare- no utensils, plates, paper towels etc.) I loved that the cabins were set back on the property in a quiet tree grove area with a porch to sit out and relax on. I also really appreciated that it was a pet friendly property. The staff had great customer service and was very helpful.”

“Theres no continental breakfast., no swimm8ng pool for hot days. negative ... but there are places to eat breakfast. Dine and dash you need to get in your car, but TJs Roadhouse is 100 ft away. Other small places to eat across the street and downtown. Mama's kitchen downtown for quick breakfast like muffins, pastries Very pet friendly. Extra charge of course. Small outdoor area with table & chairs. Its a very old motel but comfortable. Have stayed twice. ”

“From the get go, the staff was so friendly and met us know of all they had to offer, even for our quick one night away. Once we got to our room, it was very spacious and nicely decorated and clean. There were little personal touches in the room as well such as a welcome letter with our name on it, little snacks available in both fridge and basket for a very decent price compared to what other hotels would charge. We loved our balcony and all the windows. At night, it was quiet and so enjoyable...

“Had to have a microwave delivered the bathtub look like the maids emptied their mop bucket in it, and just left it behind construction happening all day long with loud music. The only nice thing was the pool which I couldn’t use cause I just had surgery.”

“Lovely historical building, noisy, uncomfortable bed, coffee and tea , muffins same every day, no napkins, availabe in mezzanine. No refrigerator in rooms or coffee maker. Our room could use some work, broken arm chair, damage to wall. Unique!”

“Well run, very helpful, and a lovely place. Would gladly go there again. Only problem was figuring out how to find it. The street splits JUST before where the house is (either E/W, or N/S - I can't remember) - so my GPS kept telling me I had arrived but I was on the wrong side - and each side was a 1-way - it took a while to figure out how to circle around so I could park in front.”
