“Very nice and not to far to drive to lake”

“The hotel was just OK. I gave it only 3 stars because the description implied that it was more luxurious or upscale, and it didn't seem any different than average hotels I have stayed in for 1/2 the price.”

“No cleaning unless you are there for 5 days! They charge $40.00 per day for parking! This is off season and the lots were almost empty. I can see charging during ski season but not off season. $40.00 for resort fee when every thing is closed is a joke! Loud party above me till 2:30 am. No one to call to complain and no security around. Not recommended !”

“We hadden een prachtig appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Alles zag er nieuw uit. De keuken was ook zeer ruim. Daarnaast was er nog een balkon waar we 's ochtends deden ontbijten. De wasmachine was ook erg handig. De voorzieningen van het hotel hebben we helaas niet allemaal kunnen gebruiken omdat we 2 nachten geboekt hadden en de 2e avond was er een bosbrand waardoor de stroom was uitgevallen. Wel zijn de kinderen in de middag nog in het zwembad geweest en hadden het er naar hun zin.”

“I’m sorry to say that our experience was very disappointing. The rooms were not clean, and we actually asked to be moved from our first room because of large stains on the carpet. Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t much better. The next day, we saw that they were cleaning the carpets in our original room. We couldn’t help but wonder why it took a guest complaint for this to happen. The stains were large and obvious and should have been addressed before the room was ever given to a guest. The...
