“It was ok. Thought we’d have a better experience for the price. Espresso maker in the room and our phone didn’t work. Evening staff was not the most helpful or pleasant. Surrounding area is beautiful though. It’s a wonderful spot to walk through and the scenery is why it costs what it does.”

“The room looked clean, but unfortunately it did not smell fresh. There was a noticeable odor, like dust and something stored away for a long time, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable. With better ventilation or a deeper cleaning, the experience could have been much better.”

“The room was excellent with great amenities and a beautiful view. There is a great vibe here that allows you to be happy and relaxed while you taking in the beautiful surroundings. Anytime we are lucky enough to spend a night in Tahoe, this will always be the place we stay.”

“The (air conditioning ) was wierd. The hall in unit 3 had a wierd smell Otherwise the location, parking and small size of complex is a bonus”

“Great location, great condition, nice room. The hairdryer isn’t functioning. I can hear every step from up stairs, unfortunately they were a family with kids so there’s lots of noise.”

“The ownership seemed in transition with policy like free breakfasts being changed. The buffet breakfast was not offered. Room was clean but the auto on lighting in the sink area would come on with any movement. Since there is not a door, we often would be awakened . The person on the front desk was very helpful as was the housekeeper.”
