“This was our second time to stay here this ski season. Jennifer was super helpful in getting us set up and then following through on making sure we were settled properly. The rooms are very clean and well designed. There is finally some snow to look at so it is very much a winter wonderland and this room is the perfect location to take advantage of it.”

“Easy check-in process. Nice underground parking you’re allowed to keep your vehicle on your final day underground while you ski. They provide ski lockers for your equipment if you don’t want to keep it in your car.”

“Such a comfortable stay. The lift is right next to the hotel which is amazing... The gym is nice and the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna amenities are a nice bonus. Love staying there for my ski trips.”

“A great hotel wth lots of character and charm. Excellent spacious suites with all necessary amenities. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The free shuttle bus to the village is a real bonus. A great place to stay during a visit to Palisades.”

“Honestly, we weren’t sure what to anticipate, since we mainly stayed in rental homes before. The Lodge proved to be an excellent choice for our family of four, including two kids. The room resembled a suite, offering ample room for all our ski equipment and luggage. The staff was incredibly friendly and made everything hassle-free. Thanks so much!”

“Staff was amazing. Ambiance in the lobby wa great. Hang out and socialize and enjoy the coziness. Rooms aren’t big or fancy, but it’s easy in and out so you can get to the mountain. ”

“Extremely nice and spacious rooms! Feels Like I’m at home. Comfy bed and big bathroom. Close to really good eateries and the slopes. Pet friendly and close to really rad trails for Humans and dogs. Would definitely return. I actually ended up extending my stay:) ”

“There was no staff to be seen on the premises but the online check-in was very easy and informative. Checking out was also just as easy as checking in and the property was really close to the lake which I thought was a plus ”
